My Journey

This work didn’t come from one path. It came from living in a body that asked more of me.

I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at eleven. Over the years, I’ve navigated Celiac disease, healed myself from Hashimoto’s, a breast tumor, liver disease, and continue to move through PTSD and trauma.

That experience changed the way I understand the body.

Not as something to fix, but as something to listen to.

I’ve been rooted in the wellness world since 2006…long before it became what it is today.

My background is layered. Analytical and intuitive. I’ve worked inside complex systems… and I’ve spent years exploring the body, energy, and the deeper layers beneath both.

Over time, it became clear:

The body doesn’t separate the physical, emotional, and energetic. So neither do I.

THE WORK I’VE WALKED

I’ve explored many modalities: some grounded, some expansive.

  • Breathwork.

  • Nutrition.

  • Nervous system support.

  • Somatic movement.

  • Trauma therapies.

  • Spiritual and energetic practices.

Not to collect them…but to understand what actually creates change. What helps the body release. What helps it heal.

I’ve also spent years developing a relationship with the unseen.

With intuition.

With energy.

With deeper states of awareness.

Not as an escape, but as a way to deepen connection to the body, not leave it.

THE LIFE DIET

I believe everything we take in shapes us. Not just food…but thoughts, environment, relationships, rhythm.

I call this the Life Diet.

The body responds to the frequency of our entire lived experience. Not just what we eat, but how we live, think, feel, and move through the world.

We don’t chase a higher state. We become it.

Through the body.

Through the nervous system.

Through the way we live and care for ourselves.

When we begin to feel that shift in the body, we understand what it actually takes to live there…and why everything has to work together.

When that happens, it doesn’t stay contained. It’s felt.

It ripples outward in the way we show up, the way we connect, and the energy we bring into the spaces around us.

This is the kind of medicine that doesn’t just change the individual…it changes the experience of being human.

HOW I WORK

What I offer is a truly holistic approach.

We work with:

  • how you nourish and live

  • what you hold emotionally

  • and what’s happening beneath the surface

This isn’t about doing more. It’s about removing what’s in the way so your body can do what it already knows how to do.

  • guidance to help you find what actually works for your body

TRAINING & BACKGROUND

My work is rooted in both formal training and lived experience.

I’m a certified holistic health coach and yoga teacher, with advanced training in breathwork, nervous system support, and trauma-aware & informed facilitation.

I’ve studied and practiced extensively with:

  • functional and activating breathwork

  • somatic and trauma-informed approaches

  • nutrition and metabolic health

  • meditation and nervous system regulation

My breathwork training includes work with David Elliott and Erin Telford, along with continued study in functional and trauma-aware & informed practices.

I’m also currently expanding into mitochondrial health and deeper cellular support.

THE WORK I’VE EXPLORED

Beyond formal training, I’ve spent years working with a wide range of modalities to better understand how the body heals.

These include:

  • somatic movement and dance

  • trauma therapies (EMDR, AEDP, EFT, hypnosis)

  • breathwork across multiple lineages

  • meditation and nervous system practices

  • plant medicine and ceremonial work

  • shadow work and archetypal exploration

Not to collect experiences…but to understand what actually creates change.

I’ve also spent time exploring the more subtle layers of this work: energy, intuition, and states beyond the physical.

This informs how I guide, but the work always comes back to the body.
