ReConnection Breathwork
The ReConnection BreathWork Journeys I hold space for use the breath as both an activating and regulating practice… supporting the nervous system while creating space for deeper feeling, somato-emotional release, reconnection, and return.
At times expansive and activating, at times deeply grounding and settling, the breath has the ability to shift awareness, soften the mind, and allow an inward journey to begin. Participants are guided into the body where emotional energy, stress, patterns, and past experiences may be held beneath the surface.
Through breath, awareness, feeling, and presence, participants are invited to engage with what arises, feel into it, learn from it, move with it, and when ready, release it.
The more we learn to work with the body and nervous system in this way, the more space we create for regulation, resilience, intuition, emotional freedom, and deeper connection to self. Over time, this work can help support nervous system recalibration, allowing the body to feel safer, more open, and less bound by chronic stress patterns and stored emotional tension.
While I remain a strong advocate for intentional plant medicine work, I’ve found breathwork to be one of the most accessible and empowering tools for healing and reconnection. The breath itself becomes the medicine, allowing each person to move only as deeply as the mind, body, and nervous system are ready for.
These journeys are not about forcing catharsis or chasing an experience, but rather creating the conditions for the body to soften, release, reconnect, and remember its natural ability to heal and return to balance.
