My journey
I’ve always been curious about what makes us who we are, and what allows us to feel truly well in the lives we’re living.
My body asked more of me from a very young age. I developed Type 1 diabetes at 11, and suddenly paying attention to my body wasn’t optional. Food mattered. Signals mattered. The relationship between what I did and how I felt mattered.
Long before I had language for any of this, my body was teaching me to listen.
At the same time, I was curious about something less tangible. As a teenager, I devoured books on spirituality, consciousness and personal growth. By 18, psychedelics had moved that exploration beyond the intellectual, opening my perception of consciousness and challenging what I thought I knew about reality.
That exploration has continued throughout my life, through nearly two decades of study in holistic health and nutrition, yoga, Reiki, breathwork, trauma, the nervous system and embodiment, alongside deeply personal experiences with meditation, energy work, psychedelics and plant medicine.
And then there’s my analytical side. I spent many years working in healthcare and technology, immersed in systems, information and problem-solving. Apparently, I really like asking why until there are no whys left.
For a long time, these may have looked like separate paths.
They weren’t.
I was exploring what it means to be human.
Body. Mind. Spirit.
We don’t experience life in pieces, and I don’t believe we can truly care for ourselves that way either. What we eat, how we breathe, what we think, our environment, our experiences, our energy and our sense of connection all influence how we feel and move through the world.
Learning to listen to the body is part of the work. Giving it what it needs. Clearing what gets in the way. Supporting our vitality and life force so we can feel more fully alive.
But ultimately, my work is about something even deeper.
It’s about finding our way back to our true voice.
The one beneath the mental chatter, conditioning, expectations and all the outside noise. The inner guide that knows what we need. What belongs to us. What is true.
Sometimes the way back is through the body. Sometimes it’s through breath, energy, movement, education or deeper exploration. Sometimes it’s simply creating enough space to hear ourselves again.
I believe that voice connects us to something larger than ourselves, to consciousness and a deeper truth that isn’t manufactured by the thinking mind.
I’m not interested in handing someone another rigid blueprint for how they’re supposed to live. There are plenty of those already.
I want to help people hear themselves clearly enough that they don’t need one.
